How we work
We do the work with your team, then hand it over.
Our principles
- Operators, not observers.
- We stay until the work holds.
- Honest numbers.
- We say when we have an interest.
The process
From first look to hand-over.
- 1
Diagnose
Two to four weeks
We look at the numbers, the team and the systems, and agree what to fix first.
- 2
Plan
Agreed in writing
One plan with owners, measures and dates, shared with everyone who pays for it.
- 3
Embed
Usually eight to twelve weeks
We do the work with your team: selling, building, running, and fixing what breaks.

Confidentiality
An NDA before anything confidential.
Data
Your data stays where you agree.
How we count
Every figure carries a label.
The labels
- Closed
- Business a founder closed personally, as the seller of record. New and expansion business count together.
- Influenced
- Business closed by teams a founder led or sold alongside. Shown as its own figure.
- Studied
- Deals analysed as research, from recorded sales calls. Shown as its own figure.
- Analysed
- Recorded sales calls analysed as research. Shown as its own figure.
- Capital
- Funding brought into a company by a person in their role there.
- Track record
- A count from the founders' careers, such as commercial functions built from zero or countries where they have closed deals.
- Client result
- A client result we helped to produce. The client closed the business.
- Coached
- A result a client achieved while we coached them. The client did the selling.
The measures
- TCV
- Total contract value: the full value of a contract over its whole term.
- ACV
- Annual contract value: what one year of a contract is worth. Shown beside every TCV figure.
- Career totals
- Figures added up across both founders' careers and employers.
- Employment record
- Results from a person's current role, written as their record in that role, with the employer named.
- Currency
- US dollars. Business won in pounds is converted at 1.35 dollars to the pound.
- Rounding
- We round down. “About” means part of a figure is approximate, and a plus sign means at least.
- Confirmation
- A figure goes live once each founder it includes has confirmed it.
